What to expect……
The classes are friendly and informal. They last an hour each and cost £8 - payable on arrival. We start with relaxing and breathing, with a few moments to stand still in silence. This is followed by a full body warm up, lasting around 15 minutes, and then move on to Kai Men and Dao Yin exercises where we co-ordinate movement and stretching with deep breathing. There is always something different to learn, and Julie will explain everything each week. Included in the lesson is around 15 minutes of The Li Style Form, the choreographed set of moves for which Tai Chi is well known.
